Honda has unveiled its new small car, based on the Honda Small Car Concept displayed at Auto Expo 2010 in Delhi, India. The car is named Honda Brio and has been launched at the Thai Auto Show in Thailand. Brio will be a car which will be placed below the only hatchback at present in India from Honda, the Honda Jazz. Honda Brio is a compact hatchback from Honda with modern looks and design. The Brio launched in Thailand is a 4 door variant and not the 2 door as the concept vehicle. The styling is neat neat and sharp. Grille is compact and gives it a pointed look from front with two beautiful crystal headlamps. The car has been launched in Thailand as of now and will come to India about one year later. The assembly of the Brio in India will take place at the Greater Noida plant of Honda SIEL.

Ferrari India Launch Confirmed In 2011 – All Ferrari Models In India

Earlier we had informed you about the Ferrari's plans of entering the Indian market, which is the most popular supercar manufacturer in the world and whose posters could be found in every car enthusiast's room. Speculations were there that the company may enter the market as early as in January,

Now the company has not officially announced the month of their arrival but the same is expected soon. For quite a while the company was exploring and analyzing the possibilities of their success in our market and now we guess they have found the key to it.

According to Valeria Costa, Communications Director of Ferrari "Ferrari will enter the Indian market in the first half of 2011. Contrary to earlier speculations that Ferrari may get help from Tata Motors, Fiat's Indian partner, for business operations the company will come through the direct import route and will have an imported managing the business"

Range Rover Evoque is coming to India in 2011. This is the smallest Range Rover SUV from Jaguar Land Rover. Evoque was unveiled ay the Paris Motor Show in Sep 2010. To start with, it will be imported as a CBU from UK and will be priced at a fortune, we are expecting a tag of about Rs. 50 Lakhs ex-showroom.

Chevrolet India’s Highest Sales Ever In One Year

General Motors India (Chevrolet India) has crossed the glorious number of 1 Lakh car sales in one calendar year on Nov 27, 2010. This is the highest ever sales number of Chevrolet in India and it has met this target 1 month ahead of the end of the calendar year. The largest reason behind this high number is the large growth in sales of the new launch Chevrolet Beat which is proving to be the trump card for Chevrolet. Along with Beat, Chevrolet Cruze has also been doing well in its segment. The growth in terms of percentage comes close to 63% from Jan 2010 to Nov 2010 compared to same period in year 2009. The growth in sales is observed in all segments of cars by Chevrolet India but Beat and Cruze have shown exceptionally good numbers. More celebrations will follow for Chevrolet brand as it is about to complete its 100 years as a global brand in Nov 2011.

Skoda Yeti 1.6 Litre Petrol Model Specifications

SUVs are the kind of vehicles which are very distinguished and have their unique road presence. Inspite of their high cost, a lot of buyers do not hesitate spending a little more for such cars rather going for the conventional family sedans.

The SUV segment has been on a roll with some of the very successful offerings including Tata Safari, Mahindra Scorpio, Ford Endeavour, Chevrolet Captiva and the very recent Toyota Fortuner. But the newest of the Indian line-up is the Skoda Yeti.

Aprilia is a well known Italian superbike manufacturer popular for its technologically advanced and beautifully designed machines. Toyota is all armed with the New Toyota Etios sedan and the Toyota Etios Liva( hatchback version of Etios) but there is another car which is heading towards a transformation phase. The very popular and loved Toyota Innova will soon be getting some grooming and the new model is expected to be revealed in 2012.
