With the entrance of the Yamaha FZ-16 and Yamaha R-15, the India two-wheeler market scenario has been transformed and taken to another and certainly a much better level. Earlier where it was only a dream for bikers to buy a stripped down version of a performance bike, now has been drastically changed.

For the Indian market the most important thing to keep in mind is the price tag and one can only offer performance bikes at affordable prices by stripping down some of their features. The trend was brought by Yamaha and is being followed by a number of brands like Kawasaki, Honda, Suzuki and now KTM.

A few days back KTM had confirmed of launching its new KTM Duke 125CC in India which is now being joined by another word coming from the company's headquarters in Mattighofen in Austria. The company is planning to launch another 200CC version of the same in European and Indian market.

Specifications & Features Of KTM Duke 200CC

Comparing the bike to its 125CC sibling the is expected to pump at least 28 to 30 BHP of power with its 200CC heart. It will be heavier than the former and probably be more stable. This new baby will sport the same features as coming with the 125 Duke except for the engine part which will play a very important role in the bikes performance.

As the KTM 125 is expected to be priced at a little above Rs.1 Lakh, the KTM 200 will be priced around 2 Lakh so as to compete with the Honda CBR250R, Kawasaki Ninja 250R and the very recent Mahindra Mojo.

Audi which is a brand as popular as Mercedes-Benz and BMW and also the one which every new buyer considers, has uncovered the all new 2012 Audi A6. The A6 is quite similar to its elder sibling Audi A8 alike the Audi A7 which also derives its looks from the same. Styling wise as mentioned above it resembles the A7 and A8 and most striking of them all are the headlamps derived from the A7. It has got a longer wheelbase but maintains rest of the dimensions.

Toyota MPV Based On Toyota Etios – Toyota Avanza ?

Toyota is getting loads of media coverage because of its much anticipated and awaited Toyota Etios which is already making it big in the market. But what is more interesting about the company is that it is working on a new MPV which would be an addition to the segment comprising of Toyota Innova and other mpvs.

The car will fall into the MPV segment but will be positioned in between the Etios and Innova. Since the happening of 2010 Auto Expo there were no such news about new launch other than the Etios, but recently at the launch of the same Toyota Motor Asia Pacific Senior Vice President (Area Operations Division) Vonce S Socco said, "There is room for another MPV model between Etios and Innova. The company is seriously considering it and conducting a study"

Although he did not disclose the time of its launch but if happens, then is likely to take place by 2011 end or early 2012. Rumors were their that the car will be Toyota Avanza which is also based on the IMV platform alike Toyota Innova but now it is being said that it will be based on the Etios platform.

For the time being the Etios is really drawing a lot of attention and the Toyota Etios Liva, due for April 2011 will certainly contribute a lot to this and for the new plans we wish the brand luck.
