Mercedes Hiring More Indian Talent To Strengthen Research & Development Posted: 30 Jun 2010 03:33 AM PDT Mercedes Benz is expanding the strength of its Indian R&D operations unit from current 400 to a strong 650. Mercedes-Benz India General Manager Prakash Vermali quoted “We have a R&D centre in Bangalore, which is working in association with our global development centre in Germany… We will enhance the strength of the Bangalore unit to 650 engineers by the end of this year” The Bangalore facility focuses on research on passenger cars.
