Nissan was not doing well in the Indian automobile market inspite of the quality products it was offering until Nissan Micra entered the market and changed the scenario completely and brought the brand to a firmer stand. But the brand would have never expected the car to be such a hit, that even the European market is ready to accept it.

Yes its true. Nissan Motor India has commenced exporting Micra small car to the European market with the first consignment of 3886 units already leaving on Tuesday from Ennore port for the European market. Considering the success of the car in this new market the company is planning to export it another 100 countries including Middle East and Africa.

Barcelona had also received a pilot shipment of 6 cars in April, from its Oragadam facility set up in collaboration with Renault at an investment of Rs. 4500 crores.

Nissan Motor India Managing Director Kiminobu Tokuyama said, "It is a defining moment for all of us at Nissan in India as we begin a new chapter of business through the start of exports on Tuesday. This milestone completes our vision of making the Chennai plant a strategic hub for both the domestic market as well as for exports,"

We wish the car to do as well in the new markets as it is doing in the Indian market and make its position more firm.

Honda is on a roll for quite some time as it has not only launched the Honda Jazz Hybrid globally but has also unveiled an exclusive model of the existing Honda City which was and still is a hit in the Indian automobile market. This new model is known as Honda City Exclusive and offers a host of new features on the interiors and exteriors as well.

The brand always offered something special and this car will be an addition to this special line-up and will act as a bonus for all those buyers out there, at this festive season. This product incorporates the features of the existing City with the refreshed styling to make it stand apart.

Honda's cars are a treat to drive and their quality is unmatched. The Indian line-up offered by the brand consists of some of the best selling cars in the whole world like the Honda Civic, Honda City, Honda Accord ,Honda CR-V and Honda Jazz but unfortunately the Jazz small car did no wonders for the brand.

Except for the Jazz all the cars have set the sales charts on fire and maybe this failure could be the reason why the company has introduced a Hybrid version of the Jazz known as the Honda Jazz Hybrid.
