Aye what's good y'all? Can we get more people to obey the speed limit by making it fun to do? This was the question Kevin Richardson’s idea answered, and it was so good that Volkswagen, together with The Swedish National Society for Road Safety, actually made this innovative idea a reality in Stockholm, Sweden.
The Speed Camera Lottery theory goes that if you're a good driver that obeys the speed limit, you are entered into the lottery for a chance to win money. Where does the money come from? From those that break the law, of course! Sounds simple? Check it out.
